Connected-service information: for example, when you authorize a TikTok Shop connection, we receive the shop/account identifiers, authorization tokens, and the listing or other data allowed by the permissions you approve and that our app actually requests. Payment and subscription information: subscription status, invoices, and limited transaction identifiers from [billing provider]. Payment card details are handled by Paddle, which processes and keeps all payment information encrypted and secure.

Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, error records, and service activity needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We use in app analytics to view errors and troubleshoot, Ai for error assistance and troubleshooting through Replit, and browser cookies for consent to collect specific information from users to assist in providing the best quality service.
We do not ask users to upload government IDs or driver’s licenses through any of our digital products, unless through consulting services that require Publisher's Brew to setup specific third-party software for clients.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide requested book-listing and connection features; process subscriptions; answer support requests; maintain and improve service reliability; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We use data received through a connected platform only for the features the user has authorized and in accordance with that platform’s applicable terms. We may use customer/client emails to post updates of service, pricing of products and services, or personalized advertising for showcasing new product features,
When we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, authentication, billing, email, analytics, and customer support, under appropriate agreements; such as TikTok Shop or another connected service when you direct an integration to exchange data; and when necessary for legal compliance, security, or a business transfer. Public listing content may be visible to shoppers or marketplace users. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising if this is true after checking analytics and advertising tools. If this changes, we will update this notice and any required opt-out mechanism before the change.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain account and listing details in the service, disconnect a linked shop, cancel a subscription under the applicable billing process, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@publishersbrew.com. We may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting account data. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any permitted retention exceptions. Where applicable, California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and, if relevant to our actual practices, opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive information. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a legal privacy right. An authorized agent may contact us at the same address, subject to appropriate verification.
Security and international access
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our service providers may process information in [countries/regions where hosting and vendors operate].

2. Terms of Service

Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our own failure to meet applicable obligations.
Service and connections
The service helps you submit, organize, and, where available, synchronize book and listing information with supported services. You decide which third-party accounts to connect and authorize the permissions requested. Features depend on third-party APIs, eligibility rules, and availability. We may change a connection if a platform changes its requirements. TikTok Shop, marketplaces, and print-on-demand providers operate under their own terms. Publisher’s Brew is an independent service and is not TikTok or an endorsement by TikTok.
We do not act as the seller of your books unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for listings, prices, rights, taxes, returns, customer service, product compliance, printing, shipping, and fulfillment to the extent those responsibilities apply to your sales channel. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of book text, covers, metadata, and other content you supply. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the service and the integrations you authorize. You confirm you have the necessary rights to use and distribute it and that your listings comply with applicable law and platform rules. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious material.
Fees, renewals, and cancellation

Provisions that reasonably survive termination, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
Legal terms
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. 3. Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Publisher’s Brew LLC to delete your digital product account and information that we control.

Request account deletion: Go to [exact in-app path, if available], or email support@publishersbrew.com from your account email with the subject Delete my [Product Name] account. If you cannot use that address, tell us the account email and we will use an appropriate verification method. Do not email passwords, payment card information, or government IDs.

What happens next: We acknowledge the request and handle it within the time required by applicable law. After verification, we close the account, revoke or remove credentials we control, and delete or de-identify the associated account, book-listing, and connected-shop data on our published retention schedule. We will explain any records retained for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons and how long those records are kept. Backup copies expire on their established rotation.
Deleting your digital product account does not delete your account from social media platform, marketplace listing, purchase records, or data held by a print-on-demand or payment provider. Contact those services separately for their own records. If you simply disconnect and keep your [Product Name] account, you may do so if you wish to re-subscribe and use the digital product at a later date.

4. Security

Publisher’s Brew LLC works to protect the information entrusted to us by our customers. We limit access to people and services that need it to operate the product, use safeguards for account and integration credentials, and review security practices as the service develops. We assess reports of suspected security issues and work to contain and correct confirmed incidents.
Our production service uses HTTPS for data in transit, multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts, restricted access to production systems, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, software updates, and monitored backups. Our internal Information Security Policy describes responsibilities and review procedures. We do not publish sensitive configuration details.
If you believe you found a vulnerability or unauthorized exposure, email support@publishersbrew.com with a description and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Please do not access other people’s data, interrupt the service, or publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
